chart setting reset itself snd lose all my work

After making my custom chart with indicators and drawing my support and resistance levels kn 30+ charts i lose them suddenly when j open MT4 app after sometime and alm charts reset to the setting that first came with app, why is that? How can j trade in these conditions?! Please fix this its really annoying and j cant trade without my custom chart
